  • $3,000 for two-days of advanced professional and personal development led by industry leaders. This includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and cocktail party.

  • We can provide a letter for your employer as this event is continuing education and professional development. It will be up to the discretion of your employer to cover costs.

  • No, it will be the responsibility of the attendee to manage all travel and accommodation expenses. We can provide assistance on where to stay and have secured room blocks at a few local hotels. If you wish to share a room with someone we can connect you with other attendees wishing to do the same.

  • The venue is located 15 minutes from downtown Austin. Ride share is easily available to the venue and Austin Bergstrom Airport (KAUS).

  • Due to limited availability you must join the waitlist to receive an invitation for a booking code. You must be a trained corporate flight attendant to attend this event.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We understand that flight attendants' schedules can be fluid, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

    - Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before August 13th will receive a full refund.

    - Non-Refundable After August 13th: Cancellations made after August 13th will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your ticket to an approved corporate flight attendant.
